Eric was the best Turo host I’ve had so far. This was our overall best experience that we’ve had with Turo since we signed up for the app a few years ago. We will definitely rent from him again when we are back in San Francisco. If I could give more stars I would.

CX-5 drives really well! Very clean with no issues except for the occasional ding but I’m thinking it’s impossible to not get a few of those in San Francisco. Forgot something in the vehicle and Dylan was very accommodating and understanding. Would definitely rent again.

Kevin was excellent in providing directions as well as responding to any inquiries we had at any time, he always answered us as promptly as possible. The car we rented was perfect for our trip, and it was extremely easy to get to the vehicle from the airport. Would definitely use Turo again, and rent from Kevin next time I am in San Francisco!

Jordan is very responsive and nice. The car was exactly what we needed but we had a strange issue with all of the alarms on the control panel going off for the last hour of the trip. We let Jordan know and he just wanted us to be safe. Minus that odd issue the car ran great! I would rent the car again.

Erick was great to work with. I was selling my car and moving and there was a lot of uncertainty in my plans about exactly when I would pick up or was going to be done with the car. Erick was accommodating which made the whole experience much less stressful, and even saved me money when he was willing to let me return the car to SJC rather than SFO when I found a much cheaper flight there. The car was also great, it's a 2010 with something like 170k miles on it so it has the wear and tear you'd expect, and it mildly smells like old cigarettes, like someone smoked in it 10 years ago (didn't bother my allergies and I am usually very sensitive to smoke), but it drives and handles like a new car. I would be happy to rent it again if it's available when I return.

This is a great little suv to go on a road trip! Great on gas! And just roomy enough & comfortable for long car rides!

We drove Sam’s X5 to Tahoe for a family trip with our baby and it was the perfect vehicle. The car has clearly been very well cared for and felt like new. It also stored all of our luggage and accessories with additional room for comfort as well. Even more importantly, Sam was so easy/great to work with, beginning from the time we booked and through the end of our time with the car. Would highly recommend this car and hope to use it again some time soon!

Kent was absolutely amazing!! He was so flexible and accommodated us for slightly late pickup of the car as we had to squeeze in an attraction that was only open that morning for us to make it work. He also was flexible to pickup the car the night before that saved us some money for parking that car in expensive decks downtown San Francisco. At the start of trip Kent spent so much time patiently walking us through Tesla controls as this was the first time I was driving Tesla. The car was clean and amazing and made the trip very safe and enjoyable for us despite a rain storm that we had to drive through to Monterey. Kids loved it and fell in love with the car. The falcon doors are awesome on the car. Kent was awesome with communication and always replied to our questions very promptly. We highly recommend that you rent from him. Next time we are in San Francisco we know who to call first to book the car. Overall our experience with Turo was phenomenal and I don’t think I’ll go back to renting car from rental companies. Thank you Kent for being so nice to us!!

Luis is awesome and this car is awesome! I'm a brand new Turo user and honestly had no idea what I was doing. Luis was unbelievably patient with me and gave me pointers. His Jeep is on the older side but he has tons of modern convenience add ons that I appreciated, such as a back up cam and a Bluetooth radio set. His Jeep also comes well equipped with everything you might need on an offroading adventure. A+ best experience I could ask for!

The lock box was tricky to use, so that was a little frustrating, but Caroline was super responsive with help. The car itself is great, really comfortable. This was my first trip with Turo, and I felt the app could improve their notifications—For example it kept reminding me to fill up the gas tank before I returned it even though I had paid for prefill option; when I returned the car and checked out, it kept sending me notifications about my trip ending soon and do I need to extend my time; a few times the app just wouldn’t load at all. All that had me nervous that I’d be charged for things incorrectly. All in all, I’d still use Turo again now that I know what to expect.
