Spectacular experience! This was my first trip with Turo. Syed was waiting for us at the airport to deliver the keys, the process was smooth and efficient. He gave us a breif rundown on the car and we were on our way in less than 15 minutes. Dropping off the car was just as simple. The car was everything we hoped for, in near perfect condition, clean, luxurious, and a smooth comfortable ride. We had zero issues. I absolutely recommend the Alfa over any of the other rental options available near the airport.

First off, I’d like to commend Beverly for her top notch customer service. Someone extended their rental for the car we had reserved months in advance. Instead of canceling our reservation and leaving us “stranded” she gave us another car for our reserved time. Shawn made this a very pleasant rental. 5 stars. Great communication. Easy pickup and drop off. I much prefer his method to actually meet you or drop the car off in the ramp ( not a 10 minute shuttle wait, then ride the shuttle to the cheap parking lot by the Sheraton) This is my favorite turo to date. And the car was spotless. Ran beautifully. This isn't your Dad's old Honda accord. The 2020 is a very sporty ride and a joy to drive. Great car. Great guy renting it to you. Next time I'm in Detroit. This is my go to.

My rental was awesome! My new lady mentioned a love for Tesla Cars. I wanted to surprise her with a ride in one on the way to dinner. Our gracious host was kind and patient through a two week period of my lady getting sick and at least 3 cancellations and reschedules before we actually used the car yesterday. He also helped this first timer successfully negotiate the rental app and process. The car and my efforts made me look great and strengthened my budding relationship a lot! Great car! Aurfan was very accommodating and on time. He picked me up from the airport shortly after my flight landed. We did have to drive to a near by lot to drop him off at his car. The lot was very close to the airport (5 min drive), so no problem!

Yes, the cars are gorgeous, they drive incredibly well and are extremely well taken care of. But product is replaceable, people are not, and MotorCity has the best. This was my first experience using Turo for a car rental. I wanted to rent an electric car, and found limited electric car rentals through standard companies. I rented the Chevy Bolt with Simon and had a great experience! The Bolt is a fantastic car, and Simon made the rental quite easy. There are some added tasks to this type of rental- had to take pictures of the car before and after, etc. But I am protected from a fraudulent claim by those pictures as well, so I liked the idea. The car was clean, ready to go, fully charged, and at the pick-up location when we got there. Getting it back to the parking area was easy and Simon explained everything clearly. I will use Turo again, and would recommend renting with Simon if you are in the Detroit area!

Simon has figured out the perfect way to do "Peer to-peer" car rentals. Its ingenious, really. Its essentially the same as renting from.an agency, without the extra cost and hassle at the desk. The parking shuttle from the airport drops you at the car. He unlocks it remotely, and away you go. I saved about 30% (No airport concession fees!) The car was as good as anything from an agency. The Fusion Focus is stingy on gas, but has all the pickup you need for in-town or freeway driving. Comfortable, clean. Just an all around great experience. Now I need to see if Turo qualifies as a "Travel Expense" so i can pay with Amex Rewards points.

Great host!! Accommodated with early pick up and location convenient. Relieved the rental fee from host is the same prior to COVID pandemic. Disappointed in Turo though -- the company regulates insurance and other misc. fees. Fees were half of the car rental like never before!! Why Turo?! Since this COVID pandemic, it seems companies fees have skyrocket.

First time Turo user and Simon made it a great experience. I came to town for a friends funeral so the trip was already not enjoyable and I could not find a rental for the weekend. I stumbled on Turo, and it was a great solution! I received really detailed instructions from start to finish, my car was in good shape, tank was full, and it came with a radio adapter so I could play my Pandora via Bluetooth which was a nice touch. I can literally write a book about the service I had with Simon, but I won't. Just know he is the best, if I could give him 10stars I would. 1st thing 1st, the service I had with him was Outstanding even from the time I booked the car (had just learned of turo). He was within secs of answering the issue I had. I wonder do he even sleep. The car was clean inside & out. Exactly where he said the car & everything would be it was. Simon had great communication in getting a rental car setup for me. When one option wouldn’t be available at the time I needed be accommodated with another option. I make this trip a lot to Detroit. I have used other Turo in the past but Obey was the best by far! I highly recommend him and the car was in perfect shape just amazing!
