Phenomenal experience! I highly recommend renting from Ritesh for anyone looking for a rental car in Austin. Super flexible and convenient, easy & open communication. This was my first Turo experience and I would definitely do it again!

First time using a service like this. It was very convenient, 100% better than using a car rental company. We got off of our plane and the car was waiting for us. We did not have to shuttle to any car rental location and wait in line. We even left it at the airport when were done. Our host Dream Moore was quick to respond questions we had. It was just so easy. The only thing about using an individual's car is you are conscious of this being someone's property and being careful to not get it dirty. This time were just visiting family. We normally do outdoor adventures which I don't think I'd be comfortable using someone's nice car possibly getting mud or sand in it.

Great car and Max is a great and easy going host!! Car was clean and it drove like a dream. A truly beautifully understated luxury performance car that definitely grabs attention. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely will rent again if available for my next trip to Austin.

David was AWESOME. met me perfectly on time at Austin’s airport when there were 0 rental car options. He took all the photos for me and met me in the arrivals/departures area so it was public and super convenient. Highly recommend! PS the car drives like a DREAM

Before my trip even started, May and Barac were extremely responsive, attentive and helpful. I have only rented using Turo a handful of times and no other renter beats their customer service skills. The car was clean, fully gassed and ready to go! If I ever come to Austin again, I will stick with them as a Turo Host. They definitely deserves 5 stars!!!!

The 911 is a great car to drive the Austin hills. Additionally Nicholas is a great host who made rental and exchanges easy.

Greg was fantastic. He helped me out of a last minute bind when another unprofessional host (Chase Rentals) canceled my reservation. Greg came to the rescue helping me be a hero to my family who I promised a convertible for our hill country vacation. Greg was quickly attentive and everything was were he said it would be. Absolutely loved the car! Perfect car to drive in the beautiful scenic hills of Austin. It made me sad I had to give it back! Picking up at the Lot outside the Austin Airport was super convenient and easy and the bus ride was less than 5 min so I recommend going that route to save yourself some $$. Absolutely great car and it made my trip to Austin much more enjoyable!

Great host, helped orient us in Austin and was very helpful with the electric car usage. My only recommendation would be that if you plan on driving outside of the city at all (on highways) this cars range is not suitable for it. Sticking to city roads it does just fine. You will need to charge it often.

The most amazing car and rental experience ever. We were here in Austin for the worst storm of the century, and this car (and owner) were a godsend! Front wheel drive is a must for snow and ice, if you know how to drive in that kind of weather. Thank you thank you thank you. Car was great, took it to Taos for a spring ski trip. Got us through a heavy snow fall through the south Rockies without any concerns. The AWD was exactly what we needed, and the car got great MPG along the way. Communication was great which helped make pick up and drop off hassle free.
